Three.js and OrbitControls are self-hosted. OrbitControls' module import was
changed to the adjacent local Three.js file. No CDN is used at runtime.

The BVH parser and viewer are local application code. Motion files retain
their recorded values, hierarchy, generic joint names, and channel order.
