HIYIO CONTRIBUTIONS - EVALUATION AND NON-COMMERCIAL RESEARCH TERMS

1. Scope and rights
These terms cover only original contributions that HIYIO owns or is authorized
to license, such as its presentation, documentation and original processing
work. They do not assert ownership of underlying recordings, partner datasets,
performances, body models, robot designs, trademarks or third-party software.
Read NOTICE.txt and THIRD_PARTY_DATA_NOTICES.txt for the source-specific limits.
Availability on this website, privacy editing, conversion or retargeting does
not establish a right to reuse another party's material.

2. Limited permission for HIYIO contributions
To the extent HIYIO has the relevant rights, HIYIO permits you to download,
inspect and adapt its contributions for internal evaluation and non-commercial
research. This permission is non-exclusive and does not authorize sublicensing,
public redistribution, resale, commercial training, commercial services or
production deployment. Those uses require a separate written agreement from
the relevant rights holder. Non-commercial experiments involving underlying
third-party material also require the applicable source permissions.

3. Third-party materials and separate agreements
No additional permission to underlying third-party material is granted here.
Where a source license expressly permits a use, that license governs that
material; these terms do not narrow or replace its permissions. If no applicable
source license is identified, obtain the necessary permission before reuse.
A separate written agreement governs the material and uses it expressly covers.
Software licenses supplied with the viewers apply to their software components,
not automatically to the recorded data, models or media shown by that software.
This is a limited-use policy, not an unrestricted open-data license.

4. Attribution and integrity
Retain this license, source notices and the disclaimer with permitted copies.
Identify HIYIO's contribution as "HIYIO Embodied Data - technical preview" with
the website URL and version/date. Retain each original provider's attribution.
Identify your modifications and do not imply endorsement, certification or
exclusive HIYIO ownership of third-party content. Research publications may
describe findings, but reproducing source material remains subject to its terms.
Do not use privacy-edited samples to identify people or recover concealed details.

5. Technical limitations and warranties
The materials are supplied AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. To the extent permitted by
applicable law, HIYIO makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability,
merchantability, fitness, safety or non-infringement. See DISCLAIMER.txt.
You must verify source rights, consent, units, coordinate systems, timing,
quality and suitability for your intended use. Simulation or kinematic replay
does not establish safe or successful execution on physical hardware.

6. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HIYIO is not liable for losses arising
from reliance on this technical preview, including data loss, interruption or
indirect and consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory
rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No legal enforceability guarantee is
made by publishing this notice.

7. Permissions and versions
Use your existing HIYIO business contact to request written permission for
HIYIO-controlled material. Seek third-party permissions from the relevant rights
holder. Keep the version supplied with your package; later website changes do
not themselves establish new permissions for an earlier download.
